If you have submitted an application for residency to the Immigration Office -or for another procedure- using a digital certificate and requesting to receive electronic notifications from the Administration, the Immigration Office will send you an email for any notification or communication regarding the procedure, whether it is to request further documentation for said procedure or rather to inform of a final resolution or decision.
In the case that you received a notification before the 14th of December 2021, you can check your file at the Public Administration’s electronic office, just as we previously explained in the following article:

Now, since the 14th of December 2021, you may have realised the following message on the Public Administration’s electronic office Website:
Message from the Immigration Office!
“Starting from the 14th of December 2021, any new notifications or communications issued by all immigration offices, as well as notifications received on the electronic office but yet to be accessed, will be available at the Dirección Electrónica Habilitada Única (DEHú) or the Carpeta Ciudadana. If you wish to access any notifications that have already been accepted or rejected, you will be able to access them through the electronic office at https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/.”
The electronic notification service of the Dirección Electrónica Habilitada Única (Unique Enabled Electronic Address, also known as DEHú) provides citizens with an easier access to notifications and communications issued to them, as recipients or representatives, by different public administrations built into the service.
To access a notification on DEHú, you can follow the steps below:
1. The Immigration Office will sent you a notification by email.
2. Access https://dehu.redsara.es and click on Acceder.
3. Select certificado digital or whichever electronic key you may have.
4. Click on the check mark symbol to accept the notification.
5. Tick the box that says Doy mi consentimiento, then click on Firmar.
6. Click on Documento to download and save the document.
